What’s taobaoagent’s return policy?
Since we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of the parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.
Note: On these conditions, we don’t accept your returning:
1.The clothing is the same as the details, but the clothing brand is different.
2.The letter location printed on the clothing has a few centimetres deviation.
How do I return an item?
If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to [email protected] within 3 days upon receiving your order. When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from taobaoagent. You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned, and you will be responsible for return shipping. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.
Note: Please email us the tracking number after mailing your item. Make sure to include your name and phone number in your return package.
When will I get the refund after I returned goods?
After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within three working days if there are no further problems.
