I'm a buyer in the US and I'm very satisfied with Ryan's service through all of our correspondence.  Ryan was very courteous and responded to emails in a timely manner.  I also received all 3 items very fast.  I'm very happy with Taobao Agent and I'll use this service again next time I want to order something from Taobao.  Smiley
