I have a second order on my account with state "editable"
I'm guessing that's the shipping adjustment from my first order, but when am I suppose to pay it?  I didnt get a bill.
also, when do I get confirmation it was sent to the US?

you are suggested to remove orders which you did not want to keep.

different order will not impact each other at all.
