Payment Complete but 'An Error Was Encountered'

Just completed my order number of 20100522182516522.

Paid for the product and then was forwarded onto a page where this error appeared:

An Error Was Encountered
The URI you submitted has disallowed characters.

And now my order state is Wait to pay. I can provide the PayPal receipt if required?
