I'm looking to buy a product off of taobao that is strictly digital. Specifically, the link is:

Because of its digital nature, when the product is paid for, an email is sent with the information required by myself. Is it possible to do business with you in this case? I would need for there to be no shipping cost, as there will be nothing shipped as well as prompt delivery of the product, as the seller sends them quite fast. If this is possible, what is the probable cost of such an exchange happening?

You can login our website www.taobaoagent.com, create a new order then submitted it, be aware is check 'no post needed' box when you submit the order so you will not pay postage when you be bring to paypal.com.

I will modify the order so you need pay additional service fee.

thanks for the quick replies, however, as the service fees far exceed the value of the product being sold (selling at about $0.18), I'd be able to find much cheaper. Thank you again though, this is some of the fastest customer care I have seen to date.

So in general, you get more than you paid even count the service fee, that why we ask different service fee for virtual items.   Itunes account was same case.

Also I suggest using google translate to translate the description of the product.

Though at the same time,the actual worth of it can be as low as 9CNY based on other auctions. If people buy at 9CNY, then the value of the product is 9CNY, not 150US, as no one pays 150US.

I don't expect you to change your stance, business is business, however, 25$ to forward an email seems slightly disproportional to a 1.50 US purchase (assuming 9CNY). I believe if this was reconsidered in the future, not just for this purchase, there would be many who would come here for this reason. The increase in numbers alone perhaps would negate the lesser service charge. Just some food for thought, right now there are many people looking to be able to get these accounts.
